.3 BTC for 1 XAU means 3/8000 = 0.000375 BTC per XAUR. Unless all XAUR's holders refuse to sell their XAURs because they think it will be at more than 0.000375 BTC when XAUR hits exchanges, this really doesn't make any sens to me ...

How is it that some garbage coins are added to exchanges fast, and XAUR is still left without one. 
this is a question, a very good question, for Polo, Bittrex etc... I am curious, too !!

While we're waiting for the exchanges to list us, we've once again visited Nadir and Loomis to finish the details of the protocol that Loomis and Nadir require for Xaurum gold reserves. More information on this will be posted with the official account.
The visit was fantastic and the transfer of gold was done in the most professional manner. I was really glad to find that many of the people we're doing buisness with, are starting to know what Xaurum is. They have a phrase; Bitcoin, but with gold.
I follow the what's happening with a lot of gold related buisnesses, be it financial funds or state reserves, and find that they don't show their reserves very often, the customers never get to see their gold.
I'm posting with my private account, because I've used a smartphone to photograph and the photography isn't professional, we didn't have a photographer with us, but I don't have the heart not to show you part of your gold reserves, while there was the opportunity. So here are some pictures from our business trip:
The Loomis building, containing their offices. Below the building are the vaults, in which we have transfered the gold from Nadir and had a look around.
To enter the vault area, we had to scan our fingerprints.
Your gold, each of the kilogram bars represents 1000 of 1g 9.999 Good Delivery Nadir gold bars. As per our arranged protocol, we're storing them in kg bars, and can exchange them for the 1g bars at any time, as we have already paid for the more expensive 1g bars.
