Some can help me to compile Ubuntu Wallet-Qt ? I just compile magid completed but I need to use Qt version.

yeah that fix should do it just make sure all dependencies are executed.
be aware of one thing:
32bit miner can be used by most of us
64bit miner aint any solution ^^ My server has found 37 coins. Plus 10 from my laptop me going to be rich - lol

im far far away from complaining! i just want to mine this coin on a fair basis.... this includes pool mining
Since launch, a few of the pools have been working to add the algo into their pools. It's a new algo so, this kind of thing is expected, and challenging. Don't forget - People usually complain, they didn't have the chance to solo mine enough, while at this time, they do (PC and Linux)
The pools got the algo integrated but it requires a stratum miner to be working with the pool, and that isn't available yet- the developer is working on that.

Not a single pool working as far as i can tell, you might want to fix that or remove them from OP.

I put magi.conf into roaming/magi..
start wallet with -server option
start minerd with same settings that i put into magi.conf...and i get Json error

checks all your conf and command line again, even a tiny error could cause this
