I assume this will work as a drop in for most pool front ends?

I'm using it only for the stratum part, the rest is handled by MPOS on our pool.
Descriptions what to do is inside of the config-files.

I can't seem to find a stratum server that supports m7m. I have found all sorts of "HOW-TOs" for all other bits of currency, but none for m7m algo's.

NOMP, uNOMP, node-stratum, none of those packages appear to have m7m support. It can be added in... just doesnt include it.

I know MinerClaim is using MPOS, and must have an m7m capable stratum server to operate the pool. This must be the "paid setup" that MPOS discusses on their project page.

So... to my knowledge there are no open source pool solutions for CoinMagi.

Someone, please prove me wrong, or guide me in the right direction. The closest I have come to is cryptonight, with XMR and cryptonote-pool or something on GitHub. Also didn't support m7m.

Any suggestions?

I can't find anything! If I can't run a pool, the currency is centralized... one node... no exchanges in operation supporting XMG currently...

You find it here:
https://github.com/magi-project/magi-stratum

I did find this one last night. But it was under another project name. It appears to be a fork of the regular Python stratum-mining, with the addition of the Magi hashing. This actually work, given its from the coin developer. Tongue

Will give it a go. Thank you! I assume this will work as a drop in for most pool front ends?

Edit: Provided repository doesn't actual contain the hashing code needed for Magi. It's just a fork of Python stratum-mining.

Well, until Joe releases the new wallet version tonight, it's probably going to remain centralized. Anyone can correct me if I'm mistaken, but opening a pool does not equate to opening a node.

Node as in Node.js. Not a server node. Still, my question was about stratum software...

I didn't try to set a pool up yet - but lots have managed it - hopefully somebody on here will spot your message and give you a pointer - good luck! Always good to get a new pool or two running...

All,

I'd to explain the situation, and I've to say that was bad decision on the node - 104.128.225.215. I was comparing the chain with m-chain.info, and also changing the conf parameters on 104.128.225.215; and then had a resync to m-chain.info; this was what happened. To make it clear, I'll keep 104.128.225.215 on its original chain that he was on yesterday. For the moment, pls connect the 104.128.225.215 only.

I'll issue a new wallet and the fix tonight, and have a description of what's going on and changes.

Good to see.

Pool is running on correct chain and node.

Thanks, looking forward to wallet + fixes

CoinMagi XMG Pool is back in sync and online.

Waiting for new wallet and more info to update.

Thanks Joe - I'll hold off syncing my wallet until things are a little more stable

they are currently inline with Coin of Magi. so they are up to date

Any ETA of bittrex magi wallet re opening?

not until after the hardfork. not eta on that yet either.

That's very bad. I need to exchange some magi. In particular it's very annoying not to have an eta.

Good day to you all! I'm kinda anxious, this thread is huge and, like, filled with in-depth discussion. My hot take is not going to be in-depth, I just wanted to say that I support this project wholeheartedly. Over and out Smiley

Hey Minerclaim.net

can you please run a re-sync on your server to clean up the unconfirmed coins?

Hi,

I'm looking into it at the moment, these "invalid" entries will be cleaned up within the next hours.

did minerclaim just split???
