in the electrum you go to the address where you have coins. Right-click on the private key from this address.
you install a qt wallet.
sync.
go to the console
you write the command: importprivkay (specify the correctness of the command via help in the console)
After the command through a space you insert the copied private key.

One of the things that makes this coin beautiful is that there was no pre-mine. So keep in mind that while I'm sure the dev has some that they mined, it's not like they're rolling in cash. This is a community coin and the community has to come together to support it. The dev can only do so much.
