1. WCX will aim to have the lowest costs and fees of any exchange in the world. This is our driving force. We believe the very low fees as well as our laser focus on customer satisfaction, will drive a large amount of volume and liquidity which will benefit the business. Current cryptocurrency exchanges are tremendously overcharging while also mismanaging their business or running it inefficiently.
2. Base markets to start with are BTC, ETH, and USDT. You can vote for which coins and market pairs you want to see included here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdkFM1HKmTfhDeJ5Acn5hstJFi_Mcj8KIgMk7fpvOxJ2Ua5aA/viewform - you can also let us know if there are particular coins you'd like to trade by replying in this thread.
3. The taker will pay a small fee (e.g. -0.15%) and the maker will get paid, not charged, a fee (e.g. +0.05%). Currently Poloniex nets around 0.4% and Bittrex around 0.5% of every transaction, which are respectively 400% and 500% higher than what WCX intends to charge.
My suggestion is to trade also with IOP (listed at Bittrex).

I would have been very happy to see the pictures and profiles of the developers and all the team members involved in this project.Im how ever very confident after glancing through your white paper that you could bring much to add to what the other exchanges are already doing.
