I am getting a ton of greyed unconfirmed stakes and when you click on them they show a negative amount? Any ideas?

If you reduce activity on your pc I've heard it may help, needs cpu to generate.
try command setgenerate true -1 in the console or
you can use variables 1,2,3,4, or -1 to assign processing power to generation, -1 is 100% cpu usage
-1 will max your cpu so be careful, you can try the other values as well

My gut feeling is that the 10% party starts at:
(4320 * 2) + 30240 = block 38,880
And if not our dev will be busy hard forking the chain.

Coins can have diftrent ages if you have few transfers in.
