I'm been waiting for 7 weeks 1 order.
I remember few weeks ago one of my sell order got executed after 12weeks+ of waiting 
There is not much interest over YOVI rom market as it is hard to sell later so the one who are quite new to yobit may be only one who is buying YOVI these days.
Ya i have said that for quite some time. Most of the sells that happen for yovi are by people who are new to trading and just buy it with btc in there eyes. It would be nice for them to implement using yovi for Coin addition, updates etc. It would at least start to push the market a little.

Best thing to do is to open a Yobit account and buy some - but beware as you can only sell two slots of 0.01BTC of YOVI at a time. There is no other way to obtain it (to participate in Rise Only Market) other than buying it on Yobit. Hope that helps. You can't be too far away from your order selling then so long as the slot distribution was similar to when I bought mine =)
