2, Send 10000Yup to address which was created and wait for minimum 6 confirmed.
3, Tool > Debug consle > "masternode outputs"
Now we can find “collateral_output_txid” and “collateral_output_index”. => paste to notepad.
Note:
If you do not see tx ID, you must go back to step 2.
II, get "masternodeprivkey"
Tool > Debug consle > “masternode genkey”
Now we have masternodeprivkey. => paste to notepad.
III, Edit config file.

- Tool > open wallet configuration file.

I too faced this problem. This are my findings.
1. Multiple MN from a controller wallet is not feasible. Because MN private key have to give in the yup.conf and only one entry is allowed. For me one MN is working fine. Second one is not feasible it seems. Dev have to look in to it
2. MN have to be using 1237 port. Other ports are not supported.
May be next release may fix these.
If your case, 1 MN and 1 controller wallet should work fine. Even if this is challenge,I can help further here.

But on my "Active" column in the masternode section, the time is negative and when "listing" the masternodes in the console, my connection time is also negative... No one else has a - value?? I have not received any "winnings" / MN payouts yet, and have been on for approx 6hrs. I have restarted the pc(WinVPS)/MN/everything I can think of... Anybody any idea why it is like that? Silly settings from my side?
Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for the advice. Yes, the time was the problem. Well spotted! My masternode working But have one small issue still that I could use advise on:
When running and the masternode account gets the "minted" coins, it then drops to missing (could not allocate txin when restarting). When looking at my receive inputs, the initial 10000 YUP is split into 2 with one being 4999 and the other 5006.4. The minted coins is added to the MN account and splits it up. It also moves the entire 10005.4 to the Immature balance where it is waiting for confirmations. I assume the 10000Yup needs not to change in the wallet for the txID to function properly. Is there some way to do this and set payouts to my main wallet (not MN) or to lock the 10000Yup in place without locking the wallet for MN functions?

After adding mn to masternode.conf your control wallet must lock 10K YUP. You can check it in "Inputs".
After that set staking=1 and restart wallet.
