I observed a small fork earlier today and resynched back to the main chain, nothing was lost, just the stratum was unavailable for a short time while resync was in progress. I've paid the orphaned blocks from my fees, so you've got paid for everything.

Regarding payouts, it seems that a block was found on December 31, 2016 and I have noticed that the block reward is only 12 and not the 12.5 that I have the software set to.

I was not aware the block reward for zcash could vary like this and most likely the payout failed when it tried to payout 12.5
I just got back from holidays and will be digging deeper into this today

I don't understand why no windows wallet. You know what would actually make things interesting ? A solo mining pool for Zclassic like what Zcash has, the difficulty is low enough to bring the fun, people should also set up faucets to give out coins instead of being stingey AF, use before price
