I have the same problem on win 7 too and I can't mine...
Dev how to resolve this?

just bought the dip, hopefully it turns out okay 
You have got a smart decision for zcoin and You will get a big profit later. The decrease is a good chance to buy and hold zcoins now.

Yes, from the new version of sgminer, I downloaded it to test and started to appear dll error, know to solve this error since I have already downloaded all versions of microsoft visual C ++ but it did not solve.

That's so good to invest more funds for this coin at this period due to its potential. MTP algo will be completed at the end of this month and that is a big push to make the price up later.

As ocminer said, use port 1598 for CPU mining. If it's an old/slow CPU and you still don't get any hits on port 1598, you could try port 1599.

All 100% Shares have one User - UNREAL

I'll look into it, but I have no idea how a user could or should submit a certain "lucky" share at a certain time shortly after a block was found to gain more of that block...

Count the number of blocks per day:
24hours / 20 minutes 15 seconds = (24 *60) / 20.25 = 71.11 Blocks

Again.. The statistics are not correct, please use whattomine and if you don't like the pool, you can choose any other pool, I've explained it several times already
EDIT: Oh and your calculation example there would imply that the pool would find EVERY block, but only 40% of the nethash is on the pool so 33 blocks in 24h is perfectly fine

Usally for finding Block need tens of millions Shares.

The probability of such events tends to zero. But xzc.suprnova.cc it happened three times in the last 3 hours.
That is absolutely incredible - all of the balls in these blocks belong to one account.
Pool Workers: 863 (xzc.suprnova.cc)
But Block 25576 got one worker 'anonymous' all 100% shares
But Block 25550 got one worker 'mintallica' all 100% shares
But Block 25546 got one worker 'anonymous' all 100% shares
All 3 Block got one worker of the 863 workers!!!

At first you troll about all the blocks found on the network, then about the estimates and now about three lucky blocks in a row ?!
There is nothing special about those blocks or shares, just the block times are very close to each other which is already pretty unlikely but you can easily verify from the block explorer. The "shares" you see is actually the accumulated difficulty of shares in that round, so if a round usually takes 15-30 minutes and this round only 2 minutes it's really very close and very unlikely to happen but it happened..
Again, you're welcome to mine at every other pool.
