The funny thing is, the sell orders don't really come in. Almost no sell orders.

That really doesn't matter... you can always find sheeps around here. Thing is that 10s of thousands coins were accumulated with just 0.5 - 0.7 BTC. I assume that it will be in the range between 10 to 25% of the entire currency in total (if we don't count only last night). Anyone can get back here and play like a saviour after that. Thanks, but no...

Don't you think that it's like supporting pump and dump coin as well? Because Bittrex orders looks very strange since yesterday...

What do you mean?

It's pretty simple. Someone is accumulating big amounts of Zirk at low prices and he is "playing" with buy/sell orders on Bittrex. I wouldn't be the one to bet if it's the dev, someone else or whatever, but it is a clear foul play to me.

Thats why I paid for Zirkcoin.org and paid for hosting to help this coin carry on if the Dev does disappear.

Did none of you realise that the Dev acknowledged that I did this?

It was mentioned a few pages back.

I am supporting this coin to help make sure it does not fail.

He's kept extreme coin running for over a year, so has demonstrated he provides long term support.

Last commitment in Github was 4 days ago.

Why would you even edit your github if you are planning to leave anyways

Well, I can tell you one thing. Last night (here is 10:25 am now) I have watched orders on Bittrex closely. There was a dump, sell orders were moved bellow 2k satoshi and at times several buy orders were removed as well. After some time buy orders bellow 2k satoshi were removed too. I'm not going to be involved in this one... despite anyone who tries to convince us what is the "truth" here... gl to all.

few options

He left
He didn't leave but he tries to create panic by putting website offline and don't post replies on forum. (Cheap coins)

The coin costs him more than his revenues lol.

Buying a domain name, putting effort in the website, coin, wallet etc. is more expensive than 7500 premine @ 2000 sats Cheesy

The community also makes the coin.

This is PoS, the network will continue on it's own. Only wallet needs to be fixed. (Executing commands let the wallet crash)

The wallet has some cool functions which all work. (built in block explorer, anon chat, chain data) etc.

Look at crave, 1 million supply coin, price is 60k sat.....

Big holders also need to cash out, no support now, so impossible.

Need to pump the price to sell

The dev of this coin is most likely gone. The website and forum for this coin is gone as well. IMHO

Yup... big red flag...

yeah but price is now 2000 satoshi and the dev hasnt logged in for 3 days. just another ecash darkcoin clone fail if you ask me. glad i bailed early at 7700 and 5500, then bought into crave at 20k with zirk funds  Wink

This is something different. All coins are clones one way or another. Nothing wrong to use source, which is working and if we have to be specific - Zirk is SDC's clone.

im not saying no. sure any coin is usable once the blockchain works. ive said the same before. but 3 days no response in crypto is generally bad news. 1 week+ to fix a windows compilation problem added to that is actually in my opinion horrible for the reputation of the dev. and the potential for this coin is pretty much lost. fuzzyhobbit on mirc would probably be able to help you. but "will he?" is another question. if the dev doesnt respond in a week then we'll know for sure all who've been zirked. and then you need a community takeover.. but those havent been very successful in the past because of the disorganization, lack of vision and roadmap etc which make a coin successful. im not saying sell your coins at a loss. after all it could all be part of the plan to wait till you dump for cheap to "suddenly get the wallet fixed". but even that sorta crafty and disingenuous planning is enough for me to turn away from the market. was fun while it lasted though. glad i got out with some profit after paying to rent hash for this. but if it wasnt for zirk, id have noticed cravecoin earlier. which ive also since bailed on LOL

EDIT: and well this may be nothing, but i noticed after installing zirk wallet and rebooting. my videcard and cpu was running at higher temps and the fans were more active. a system restore pre-zirk install seemed to fix the problem. but like i said, it could be nothing.

good luck with this
