Ah.. geez. Why are you people so much like posting meaningless opinions? Can you sometimes just read? I have send my wallet.dat file to the FAILCoin dev (I am part of the project) and he fixed it for me! SEE THE DIFFERENCE?

You sent the Dev your Wallet.dat? Really?

Yes. Why not? It's hard to be surrounded with honest people, but it's not impossible.

This is just a workaround that I have found personally, as like you have all said, it is upto the Dev to fix the Windows client.

Believe me.. I tried your way as well, but with no success. As I already said - my wallet is now fixed, but with the help of our dev (I had to send him my wallet.dat file). He told me what was the problem in his opinion, but I will repeat myself - I'm not a coder. Hopefully he will try fixing Windows wallet tomorrow, but as many other people he has other things to do so I can't insist doing it asap. Just hope that Zirk dev will be around, because to tell you the truth, he's not been around for 2 days after hitting major exchange. Not to mention current problems with wallet.

Think logical,

- set up a website.
- block explorer
- twitter account
- email adress
- 7500 premine (0.15 btc @ current price)
- No ICO

Why would you leave?

No logical reason indeed and I've never said he actually left the project. I have been patient with number of coins for months and I'm not a guy who will spread fud.

I just keep my Windows wallet on all the time staking.

If you start it up, don't touch it, even if a crash report shows up, it will still be syncing.

After a while, say 3 to 5 mins, close everything down and restart your pc.

Start up and just start the client again, keep doing this until the client is in sync and once that happens, you can move it again etc and it will not crash.

If it ever hangs or looks like it has crash, "with no error", then jus leave it alone for a minute and it will start responding again.

This is just a workaround that I have found personally, as like you have all said, it is upto the Dev to fix the Windows client.

I am guessing the Dev's are just busy working on the client or getting the coin on other exchanges.

Like others have said, it is pointless and also with POS coins, does not matter if Dev's leave, as POS coins just keep running by themselves, with any supporter putting up some nodes to keep the chain flowing.

Other exchanges? Frankly speaking Zirk was listed on Bittrex prematurely. The problems of the wallet should have been fixed first. As I previously said, FAIL dev has already (most probably) working OSX and Linux wallets, but the real issue is with the Windows one. He was supposed to compile it today, but he didn't have enough time again. Sad

The Windows one is likely to be the most popular one. You are right, fixing it is the highest priority.
