I have the new wallet and just sent test tranaction to and from yobit with no problem..I had a hungup transaction today and asked them to update their Zurcoin Wallet..it works fine for me

no... the coins should be fine
only sending a tx will not work so well until they update...

status of exchanges and upgrade to new wallet:

yobit: ignoring premium ticket for 2 weeks
novaexchange: i'm not sure how to even contact them for upgrade
coingather: upgraded to v0.10.4.1 (good support communication with them!)

i advise to withdraw coins from not upgraded exchanges, until they upgrade

after all pools upgrade to v0.10.4.1 tx from 0.8.4.1 will not work

it is OK that zpool and some nodes still didn't update their wallet version.
because Yobit still didn't update (should take them up to a week).

It's not possible, sorry. If you use -p c=ZUR you'll mine all coins on the same algo and the pool will convert other coins to ZUR for payout.

i created payed support request
i hope they will look and do it ASAP
with clear link to the new github code. and i tested a compile and sync.
so it suppose to be easy for them

after everyone will upgrade, and we are aligned with our father source quarkcoin
we can start working on masternodes and/or other features.

the bug which prevented me to upgrade a version took long. but i had help from other C++ developer to fix it (simple fix)

the mining difficulty is very high. and not very efficient for a CPU.
consider mining with ASIC (these days Quark mining also is using ASIC hardware)
