"gpu-vddc" : "1.225",

thanks for the fast response, will try your settings when I get home. What vdcc are you running, and what brand is your dual-x? Thanks alot.

To my knowledge Sapphire is the only one who makes a 'dual X' 280X. If not, then I stand corrected. Mine is a Sapphire.

Based on Weekly #'s for this p2p pool + the pool fee of 1% thats a minimum of 5% which is 3-4% MORE than any reputable MPOS pool's fees.

Look @ some of the worker stats.. and thats just their rejected/doa NOT including the 1% fee SEE below

Q: "Do the 'orphan' and 'dead' shares in P2Pool's status display hurt me?"
A: They shouldn't - It's normal for some fraction of everyone's shares to end up orphaned or dead. Because payouts are calculated by counting how many shares you have relative to others, everyone with normal configurations is equally "hurt" by this. However, if you have a large proportion of stales, your payout will be hurt. You can see how well you're doing by looking at P2Pool's "Efficiency" (ex: Efficiency: ~110.6% (40-111%)). If 100% doesn't lie within the confidence interval at the end, something is probably wrong (with 95% confidence)

https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/P2Pool

Yea EXACTALY. ITS GARBAGE. As a worker/hasher YOU LOSE ( on your own to a p2p pool ) 8-20% is DOA or rejected, thats a LOT MORE than a reputable MPOS pool.. by orders of magnitude.

You cant possibly be serious. Let me know now, if you are, so I can completely just stop responding.

Seems you don't understand the P2Pool Technique at all.
According to your ignorance there seems also no way to reasonable discuss this.

Thats fine by me, everybody is free to choose on which pool to mine.

Just be careful which MPOS Pool you choose. The easy to avoid Stratum Exploit just showed how less most (not ALL!) Pool Operator care about these things.

According to some Russian Forum there is also still a way to fake shares. They just got smarter and don't mine with insane Hashrates any more.
I didn't tried this myself so i don't know if its still possible. Just be aware of it!

You all forgot the best part of P2Pool!

Its not possible to fake hashrate there because the share difficulty is higher than in an MPOS Pool.
So if you don't want to take the risk getting ripped of by hackers P2Pool is the best Option for you  Grin

http://hiroscanner.qemulab.com/

Yea and enjoy the 10-20% rejected shares = 10-20% less hash.. sorry chap.. I'll pay a 1% pool fee with a reputable pool...and save 9-19% of my hashes for myself TYVM!

http://poolz.eu:9408 rejects are about 3% at the moment!!

Or for the REAL stats, please refer to the BIG RED ARROWS I provided for those whom dont know.

Again.. SORRY, I'll pay the 1% pool fee to a Reputable pool, with mabey 1% loss of hash.. p2p is for n00bs.

Can you see what`s the local DOA? Is it 3,8%? Now is 2.4%!

Guys, please, get a room Wink
