Yes this is a brand new coin, just launched yesterday.
Wallet version of 0.8.2.2 works well on my freshly installed computer - The latest package available contains three dll libraries among the Truckcoin executable.

- truckcoin-qt.exe
Windows wallet working, transferred 50 coins from pool and miner connecting to wallet ok.

I will try to locate that dll and get into the zip asap. I have reports that other people are seeing this work. Try deleting your old client and unzipping this one. In the meantime, I'll try to include the dll in the zip file.

I've downloaded zip file for windows and am getting 'The application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information' when running the wallet. Is it still broke for windows? any suggestions welcome?

I had this wallet tested by a couple people and nobody mentioned an issue like this, unfortunately. At the current moment we are at block 304, so it is still a new coin with lots of possibility. Anyone can still mine at this point. My apologies to anyone who couldn't mine with Windows the past hour.

Thanks for the quick response however I would not know where to or how to start with a 'linux VM'.
I will leave it running as above overnight in hope its connected and wait for the next wallet to be issued to see any results, in hope.
