Is there a document called stability fund blueprint that i can read. I already have the overview from the Sync2014 pdf. Just wondering if there is something more in depth.

What happen to the last nights payout from the multipool, I didn't even receive half the coins that it use to payout.
Did we hit a bad fork, or do we mine a lesser valued coin?

Sovie is correct, till yesterday we could buy around 0.27-0.32 BTC/SYNC on a full Shift.
With last shift (16+17 july) we purchased in the range of 0.48-0.70 BTC/SYNC
This is not bad in the end, since the whole purpose of multipool is to raise the exchange rate of SYNC.
The coins we purchased for you on avg Shift price around 0.60 are now worth already 0.90 BTC, so although you get less sync, they are worth much more..
Guess so, but wasn't sure.

A demo site for Phase 1 development of Sync Rewards will be available by tomorrow
Phase one
Create base site with user/business owner account signup. Basic user profiles: Avatar, username.
Add procedure for business owners to setup program details. Admin verification page. And partnership program catalog.
Allow business owners to transfer reward points to users. Until SyncCoin colored coin is implemented they can find users by email or username.
Add feature for business owners to create promotions. This will consist of an image, url and an expiry date. Admin will review before they are displayed on the a slider on the home page.
Add feature for user to review and rate programs and promotions.

is it possible to get payout when mining Sync directly to wallet adress on exchange??
yes - your exchangewallet has a syncadress - this have to be in your miner-configuration
some exschanges have a Maximum deposit-limit - like max 5 per day to ensure that not every single Minute there is a deposit - but while the pool paysout one time per 2 days there is no problem
