Mining since early 2013
Nice to see some love towards CPU mining for a change.

Just joined with one vps and running cpuminer on my home computer when it's on (not 24/7 unfortunately)

I used something with similar consistency. CoolerMaster V1 IC Value which can get the job done. Still better than the pre applied grease that has been on it since I bought the chip. I think I'll stick to it because the syringe is almost full. I like the 'El cheapo' stuff, lol
For this chip these current readings are excellent; AMD CPUs are usually way hotter at full load. Now the cores are only 36C thanks to the cool weather and the heavy heatsink. It's almost 500 grams in thermal mass so that's the main reason why it didn't pop with no airflow.
I'm pretty sure it would have emitted a colorful cloud of happiness with the stock heatsink which is way smaller...

Nice big lump there.

I used to use cheap brake pad grease as thermal compound - great stuff actually since it contains copper particles, does not melt and does the job better than most non-electrically-conductive thermal compounds. Then I discovered the liquid metal alloy products and saw some proper benchmark tests as well. A measurable difference and I have used the stuff ever since. You just have to be careful where you put it, since it is a) electrically conductive and b) corrodes Aluminium.

Fun with Gallium

The fact that Coollaboratory Liiquid Pro/Ultra contains mostly Gallium and corrodes Aluminium can be used for a joke. Get a can of fizzy drink, brush a bit of Liquid Pro/Ultra around the seam where the ring-pull is marked out in the cap. Then, quickly shake the can up and leave it right in front of somebody you do not like. It does not take very long for the liquid Gallium alloy to corrode through the seam ...

Cheesy

1,720 Shares Cheesy I love this System !!
Is possible mine with my Server at home?

That should be possible. Remember the overall limit of 250 Kh/s on the POM pool though. If you are likely to exceed this figure, you should consider directing the "spare" hashpower at one of the other pools.
