Not yet, I say not yet. But it's up to us all..

It's not a 66 coin anymore and it's already DEAD.

IMHO there's no time and it's not the place for arguing among us about who to blame. Or, simply, people like me that are supporting and have something invested on the coin would like to see only improvements.

So, here are the priorities to the developer:
- solving the issues that have caused Cryptopia to delist (the ONLY exchange for now)
- reactivating the possibility for anyone to withdraw coins (otherwise there's no market AT ALL)

Otherwise, the coin is DEAD. Either this happens now, or it's the time for someone else to take ownership and do the needed improvements.

Cryptopia delisting 66 coin:
Quote
66 / BTC market is closing
Due to multiple forks, missing deposits, unconfirmed transactions and no nodes we have been forced to close and delist 66coin from Cryptopia, Please close all open orders and withdraw ASAP

And you even can't withdraw coins, because their wallet isn't synced (they have 1094784 blocks, but "official" blockchain at block 1108313).

So, say thanks to "great coder" MrFlow27, say goodby to your money and R.I.P. 66 coin.

For people like you is that the original blockchain always corrupts, not because of me
You talk about a great developer, remember I revived this coin, as we say in my country, nobody knows what is in the hole more than the wiggle
Oh, really? So, you think that you smarter than Cryptopia?  Grin For they your blockchain also broken.
People like me do at least something for this coin.
The only thing that you really did - is completely broke 66 coin blockchain. And the only thing your "development" led to - is delisting 66 coin from Cryptopia.

Everyone can see the truth on Cryptopia:

Cheers.

good job MrFLow! waiting for the coin to restart approaching the Moon...

The reason why the main chain is stock in that block is because that is the original block and some person, is using a strong hashrate to mine and when we come to see has another blockchain and another 66foin wallet version for example 8.1, that is not the original, for that reason cryptopia Also stayed in stock, if you need tests, classes or something let me know you can pass them  Wink

Ok, for those, who are tired of waiting help from MrFlow27, - this is a full 66 coin blockchain up to block 1108888: https://mega.nz/#!ZYQUxTaT!F1PssbphbBC52hgUrQxm2KT3lZ-77YtPL_R_EDb9cnI

I created ticket on Cryptopia, posted them the same link and a list of still working 66 coin nodes, so they can (if they want) sync Cryptopia's wallet and let people withdraw coins.
I also set a working node, fully synced with MrFlow27's "official" nodes, to help people and Cryptopia.

Now, it's up to Cryptopia - help people withdraw their coins, or not. They have all needed for that.

P.S. cgt99, greetings to your "broken records".

Nice to see you fixed a working node with hashing on.
I can close my resourcehungry wallet then.

Cryptopia can't sync wallet more than a month. Don't you understand that their wallet on a different blockchain than an "official" explorer?
Even "official" blockchain up to block 1050535, provided here earlier (file 3fdbf-66coin_block_1050535.zip), can't now be synced with "official" nodes!  Undecided

P.S. Anyway, they closed 66 market and delisting coin. Bets are maid.

Lol , you´re like a broken record, stop posting the same shit over and over.
We all know this shit is FUBAR, and it needs a swap to survive.
They can resync the wallet, they know how to and did it last time in January, its just a PITA for them to do it.

If they do, it will be only to let people withdraw and therefore it might be good to have a few nodes up and running on the right chain.

If they dont , i  couldnt care less , i withdrew my coins long time ago, only have dust left there.

But its 21 coins left on the exchange so...
Oh, really? If you think that you so smart - ok, go force Cryptopia to resync their wallet once again!  Grin
Talk is cheap.

For the records, I and others foresaw this tragic event. And, consequently, many of us tried to help the developer keep up with the coin.
Now here comes the question, for those who invested real money in the 66: is there anyone who can take over the management of the coin?

Cryptopia delisting 66 coin:
Quote

Original 66 coin blockchain completely broken. No one can sync wallet from scratch, - one will stuck at block 32004.
So, in my opinion, only coin swap, real hardfork and starting from new fresh blockchain can save this coin. Maybe.

Oh, and last, but not the least, let's be honest - this is not a 66 coin anymore, because a coin subsidy already is more then 100 coins!

at least move the chain a bit in order to let peeps withdraw.

setgenerate true 4 in console is more than enough at this point.

Code:
19:31:39

getmininginfo

19:31:39

{
"blocks" : 1108319,
"currentblocksize" : 1000,
"currentblocktx" : 0,
"difficulty" : 0.00024414,
"errors" : "",
"generate" : true,
"genproclimit" : 4,
"hashespersec" : 6596,
"networkhashps" : 121,
"pooledtx" : 5,
"testnet" : false
}
Do you realize that you, "peeps" and Cryptopia on different forked blockchains?
You can't do anything with Cryptopia's stacked wallet. And you can't force Cryptopia to jump to your blockchain.

Uggh..
Just check your blocks against the blockexplorer, it really isnt that hard

http://66.altcoinsexplorer.cf/index.php?block_hash=9bffeb616f45b5bf5f4a4065a7d82595b022a3abd8484ef7797df2bf925b298c

You cant just put 1GH mining power, fork away and hope that everyone follows, low diff - low hashrate, increase hashrate with the diff (at least with these shitty nodes).

Cryptopia will sync up but we need to have wallets up on the right chain - check with the explorer.

Hello MrFlow27,

I confirm I'm on the right couple of nodes  Wink
now I'm mining a bit of somethin' to add hashrate to the net... hope this helps!

Regards to everybody

some of the nodes aren't the same count like the block explorer

my wallet too DL from them, and some one (probably mrflow27) have to say what command to use in the conf. file or what we can do to be all the time on the right chain

The correct nodes or whatever are as follows

addnode=seed.66coins.com:36666
addnode=flowpool.ddns.net:36691

The ips 24.139.103.161 and 24.139.103.209 are of the 2 main nodes
seed.66coins.com and flowpool.ddns.net
