Depends. For the moment, in the pre-sale and in the ico phases it's tied to the USD, after the ico will be tied to the BTC's/ETH's price. The most profitable way is to buy tokens in the pre-sale (13-14 July) and to get the full bonus (100%), but in order to be able to do it, you must be whitelisted.
