well, i think you can say that current has hype going on, i think we should consider tha mere fact that current has great team and advisors behind. so no wonder why many people are interested. a good project makes people be interested to it.

They're focusing on community interest and this gives them the fuel to make huge collaborations which will, in turn, bring more community interest.

Still too early to say if current would be the biggest ICO on 2018. They "only" raised $36 million which isn't considered biggest amount.
