All except Janis Graubins have a technical background and were the ones that developed architecture for Latvian ID cards as well as e-signature solution for Latvian citizens. Investors are attracted through PR and using already established connections. Company has been around already for 2 years and prior to this have attracted $300k from private investors as well as have established relationship with some of the biggest VCs.
