EOS has a proven development team who have completed highly complex projects previously with far less resources. They are also extremely well funded, and there is the potential for legal trouble if they don't complete this project to specification.

This Xenon project has a clear and straightforward path. We are already one of the most widely distributed tokens on the Ethereum network. We have another 7-8 months to continue to raise the profile of this blockchain before launch around July 2018.

Simple answer is YES, i believe so. The condition was that you you needed to have had >0.1ETH in your wallet on the day the snapshot was done. Therefore even if you have zero balance today, you should get the drop. The day/date when the snapshot was done was earlier in October, that is as far as the requirement goes based on the OP. To my understanding at least.

Excellent. The project is still alive! My respect for the team that did not abandon this idea. Waiting for updates to check my wallet
