Yup, Arg hit 188 sat on Frei! 
Nice, at least one exchange now is working, for this forgotten coin.
I remember Argentum (ARG) in the flet, at price $0.15 for each coin,
and at price something about ~2500 sats,
when Bitcoin (BTC) was been over-priced.
This ARG was traded on cryptopia.co.nz (now this is closed exchange),
an it was traded within all 2018 year.
At that times, I managed to buy this, there, at price 200 sats, but sold all, at 900 sats.
I do not saw large volumes of trading, there, just miners mined and sold it.
This means, a large holders, who still did not lost his privkeys, not been interested to trade at so low prices,
so there is impossible to buy it in large amounts.
So, if anyone want to get large share, I think, will be better to do mining this coin,
because, from 64 millions of total supply,
was been already mined, just only 14 millions - and mined from April 10, 2016.

Maybe this coin was been delisted there, due too low volumes of trading...
