Cryptopia would really be one of the best choices to start with. I have never had any problems with this exchange. Smooth transactions and really fast withdrawals at all. But that is the plan for early 2018, so some time ahead.

Participants can also be required to take part in social media activities for added exposure

if you wait for PoW to finish, there will be a huge dump when it opens on an exchange . Sooner the better .
Look at the roadmap, its not just a coin with no purpose, if the devs will follow the roadmap and list the coin at normal exchange there will be no dump.
Recent exhample is pioneer coin - it grows.
It grows because they have a strong comunity but we don't. We should make a comunity and build it stronger as Pioneer coin!
