You don't even need conf. Nodes are already hardcoded in wallet.
My Directory name is Axiscoin
depend of how wallet is coded not directory name, only Dev know. Scam that's all.

The OP clearly states: github.com/CallMeMike/Axis GITHUB PUBLIC 5 MINUTES BEFORE LAUNCH.
Therefore, source was launched before binaries, leaving just enough time for source to be compiled before launch. This is a fair tradeoff, and it's no-one's fault if someone was able to compile source and get pool running in slightly under 5 minutes.
