I am not a coder or a coin developer,but I believe they have their own coder for their coin,and it is the marketer of their team who has posted the announcement,anyway we will have to wait for the dev official coder or it's admin to address this issue,with 1000 bitcoin they will give the correct answer,they will not want to lose their reputation in the eyes of their investor.

With the price of BTC what it is right now I wouldn't be so sure of that. People are ruining there reps left and right for .15 cents let alone 1k btc.

Indeed this coin will really hit the trading platforms and it will likely generate a lot of popularity once it get launched officially. You have to visit the site proper,only three days to go before the 20% bonus is gone,so far according to the site stat,they already generated more than 1000 Bitcoin,I think refund is out of question since,they have enough funds to push through with all the roadmap listed in their website.

I think you don't understand how ICO works and have not visited their site so you'll know when and where can you get your coin,5 days after the Ico they will release the wallet,the wallet is not an issue anymore there are some devs where they only release it after the ICO this is very common,the dev can choose this option.
