Already tried like 10 different passwords using firefox and safari on a mac and chrome on win: no success till now.

get a new reset email and try again

Erk, i read it, but then the password recovery should work. And not have the issue of password reseting and it does not process it and send mail. I am waiting for this mail more then 12 hrs.
If i remember good there was talking, that all users will receive mail with new random password and this also did not happened. If they would send this mail, now they did not have this troubles with password recovery.
Sorry, but that is fact of life and i now how IT works. I came from there.

Hope it will be solved in next 72 hrs.
Just question : why was this user access data lost in upgrade? When you upgrade something it is not normal to loose users and their access data - at least that are my experiences. Was something else behind this code upgrade ?

I have the same problem here.  I guess they are still trying to smooth out some issues.

i request a witdraw for my btc balance today in the morning... and still appears on pending status....  i placed 2 ticket already but still no have any answer from coinex... are you guys (coinex) trying to cover some extra cost with my balance?Huh

we first have to fix some issues, then we can go through the tickets. it doesnt make sense to work on the tickets right now.

My problem right now resolves over buying and selling coins and having to refresh  my browser if I cancel and order since I found myself not successful trading.

CGminer seems to show the pools as dead right now so maybe its still being messed with. The site feels faster to load but very figity with things like I mention above.

Can't wait to see till functionality matches speed.

CoinGeneral just ask for a new password....with the hope you have a valide email.

Yep, asked for password recovery and it arrived within 30+ minutes and that solved the problem. Thanks.

My ZET account still shows '0'.
I have ticket open for more than week now.
Refresh does not help...
My user name has additional '9' at the end - I still login with the same email I always did.
What is going on?
