PLEAE FIX THESE ALREADY (for c31 ... c29 is fine) ... PLEASE!

Started happening since 14.3 ... 14.3.1, 15.0.*, 15.1.0, all suffer from these as well as "CopyEdges" CUDA errors

I was running Win 10 nVidia rigs perfectly fine with 15.0.0

I changed to 15.1.0, and as soon as I start the miner I get an AMDCL error with some atidxx.dll or something file. It sounds like the miner is trying to start on AMD mode automatically?

Thank you for adding AMD support.
I am trying to get a Vega 64 + Ubuntu 18 + ROCm to mine Grin29. Not working for me. Here is a log:

15.1.0v increased my 8 1070 rig by 1.2 g/s on Cuck 29.  Appreciate the increase performance.  Was running 15.0.2v prior to.

Nice job with Bminer v 15.1.0, my hashrate increased and also stability seems to be improved! Using 1080ti with SMOS, 1,4 - 1,5 G/s with 210 W Power Limit, Core +100, Memory +500.

Bminer is a highly optimized cryptocurrency miner that runs on modern AMD/NVIDIA GPUs (Maxwell and Pascal, i.e. GPUs that have compute capability 5.0 or above). Bminer is one of the fastest publicly available miners today -- we use various techniques including tiling and pipelining to realize the full potentials of the hardware.

Bminer also comes with REST APIs to facilitate production deployments (e.g., mining farms).

    • Grin31 mining on stock settings
      • 2.25 G/s on RTX 2080Ti
      • 1.35 G/s on GTX 1080Ti
      • 0.85 G/s on GTX 1080

    • Grin29 mining on stock settings
      • 10.95 G/s on GTX 2080Ti
      • 8.05 G/s on GTX 2080
      • 7.25 G/s on GTX 1080Ti
      • 7.15 G/s on P102
      • 4.75 G/s on GTX 1070
      • 4.10 G/s on GTX P104
      • 3.30 G/s on GTX 1060 6G

My hashrates on c29 went down from 31 to 26 using this miner, 3,8 G/s on overclocked 1070s, 5,8 G/s on overclocked 1080 Tis. I'm using SMOS, currently using the previous version, in any case, nowhere near those numbers at stock

win 10 latest drivers grin on luxor.tech:
    1070: about 7% less on 15.0.2 (4.01 G/s) vs 15.0.1 (4.27 G/s) @70% power load
1080ti: similar reduction on grin31, grin29 is not stable enough on both versions (hangs after a few hours)

Same bad results on 27 rigs with P106

How does the fidelity number look like? The reason why it is slightly slower is that we observed 1060 / 1070 have lower fidelity. As a result 15.0.2 trades a little bit of speed for more fidelity.

Can you please post the fidelity numbers before and after 15.0.2?

    the 1070 was on v15.0.1 for 24 hours and fidelity is 1.005, 4.24 G/s on miner, 4.30 on grin.luxor.tech 24h hashrate,
switched this evening on v15.0.2, will update tomorrow

    1070 on v15.0.2 for 12 hours and fidelity is 0.999, 4.14 G/s on miner, 4.26 on grin.luxor.tech 24h hashrate (mix of v15.0.1&15.0.2), will repost after 24h

    1070 on v15.0.2 for almost 24 hours and fidelity is 1.012, 4.12 G/s on miner, 4.23 on grin.luxor.tech 24h hashrate, switching to 15.1.0

We’re pleased to release Bminer 15.1.0. The release provides:

    Improve performance of Cuckaroo29 / Cuckatoo31.
Experimental support Cuckaroo29 on AMD cards (ROCM only).

    Improve compatibility on Windows.
Fix the regression on UI dashboard.
    Reduce reject rate of Cuckaroo29 / Cuckatoo31.

Please see https://www.bminer.me/releases/ for more details.

    Happy mining.

How to run Bminer on AMD cards.
You can specify which cards that Bminer should mine on using the -devices options.
While Bminer runs on the NVIDIA cards by default, you can prefix the device IDs with amd: to run on AMD cards.
    For example:
    Code:
    bminer -devices amd:0 -uri beam+ssl://3a13205ec464807c9400f0fde8d56ac49da03bb3812055f08844fe2eaf0b9166.worker@beam.sparkpool.com:2222
Then, Bminer will run on the first AMD card on the system.

Bminer can be run on AMD cards mining beam and Grin(Cuckaroo29) from now on.

    Doesn't support R9 Fury

15.1.0 is not working here at all, all previous versions working fine. 3 rigs with 1080 ti gpus and in all 3 rigs same problem. This is with cuck31, cuck29 is fine.

Can you please fix these? Linux version, gtx1070, gtx1070ti, gtx1080ti,

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger
Now that you mentioned it, what is this "fidelity" that I see in the miner? I haven't noticed anything called "fidelity" in any other miner.
I though it'd have to do with a combination of power consumption and speed, but I can't figure it out! Lips sealed
