IOU token is a new way of scamming. It's I owe you in slang terms, it means you don't have coin but you can trade in the ghost market. You can't deposit or withdraw, you just trade it blindfolded. I suggest you to stay away from any IOU tokens. Wait October to trade your BOSCoin or buy somebody else's ICO account. Don't buy any tokens from IOU market.
I think you are unfair to exchanges, IOU tokens are not scam coins, it even helps to generate interest in the project before the platform is launched
agree... IOU tokens are not scam coins... it is a good thing BOScoin is being trade in IOU terms..

Given Ethereum is so popular in Korea, I wonder why the team still stay so low in the local society? I used to think they love their country very much and will of course strongly support coin backed by a Korea dev. team. Any reason for that? Because the PR machine is not yet up in there or people are not keen on start-up projects?

Right, it is just demand and supply. It will only be scam if it turns out that they can't let IOU holder claim their BOScoin.
It is like a future contract. You can't call your counterparty a scam just because you are on the losing side.

October is too far away, what we can do with our BOScoin now? is there any OTC thread created where i can offer to sell my coin or buy more for the future listing of this coin into an exchange?
all we can do for now is just waiting until the exchange available, maybe some user will create a thread for trade exscudo if they interested to trade

Maybe you mean thread for boscoin trade. We just can wait until wallet release on october. If someone create a thread for trade boscoin how we can send our boscoin? Because there is no wallet for that.
