That's true, the price is currently around 4X the ICO price, but for now we can't base the true valuation on this because the volume is low, Koreans are driving the price of Ethereum up, so if they can grab BOScOIN fever $1 mighty be the floor price

It's better if the coin is not available for trading before anything happen.

Waiting 4 months for something to happen with the coins out for trading, will just lead to the value decreasing slowly, because there will be nothing concrete and tangible.
It's better for the value of the project, if the devs slowly present features and progress and create hype around the release of it with the coins secured.
I agree that the inverse can apply also if the devs do not deliver.
