To become a participant your application form need to be approved. Before been accepted you must meet some requirements in order to take part in Translation and Moderation Bounty campaign.
First of all, you need to make sure that your chosen language is assigned to you (list of approved participants - https://goo.gl/JyBEzi
) and then you must provide a translation for a bunch of documents such as: White paper, Official thread ANN SOFIN and SOFIN BOUNTY Campaign and also a translation of upcoming news & events.
Bare in mind, that:
- All participants must create, inside of your local language, a new general thread ([ANN] [BOUNTY] Thread) on a Bitcointalk in a section of alternate cryptocurrencies (Forks). Theme layout must look like the original thread. Put in your thread active link to your translated WP and fill in the report form - https://goo.gl/forms/eLfyv53j00ZB4t9W2
- Translation must be made within 5 days, otherwise we’ll find another participant
- It’s forbidden to use Google Translate and other online translators. All translations must be stylistically correct and all texts will be checked out.
- Chosen participants have to participate actively in their translated thread with all the FAQ discussions and provide answers.

What about new member? 
First of all you must fill in the bounty campaign registration form in order to take part in it, and then you can choose different programs in which you want or plan to participate and fill in all corresponding registration forms.

P2P loans? Wow! if someone doesn't return the 'money'. What will happen?

Sofin is a serious project, I like the presentation. But I have few questions.
If I calculated correctly, you valute your project to huuuge value of 157,850,000 USD. Biggest part of this number is 70 000 000 tokens at price 2 USD in the second phase of ICO. Why do you need such enormous capital?
Next thing, what is the total number of tokens. There are numbers for each phase of the sale but than you mention token sale for 20 USD in the last phase and there is no number, how many coins will be left at that price. Also I don't understand how is this price $20 realistic, when most of the tokens will be sold at $2 and some of them even at $0.50.
What is your soft cap and hard cap in USD? What will happen if you don't collect the minimum amount to start the project?
We do not limit investment to the preICO / ICO stages. The funds that we need are laid down in the "Main phase". More funds will allow opening offices in new countries more quickly and connecting new countries of borrowers. (The creditor can be from any country already at the start). This is done for proper lending of loans. Why will the rate grow? In addition to the initial emission (90,000,000 SOFIN), tokens will not be produced anymore, they will only be burned from each loan (1%). Plus, as the volume of service grows, the demand for tokens to pay commissions will increase (automatically, 9% of each loan is taken by the SOFIN tokens).
