The stock market has grown significantly, the most popular coin on the scrypt (litecoin) increased by 6 times for 40 last days, that is a miracle for this capitalization, when such growth usually has a place only for not popular altcoins.
At the same time, briacoin`s price decreased 4 times. So, people, that decided to put their money in briacoin and not in litecoin 40 days ago (for example) lost 4*6=24 times for now. It's appalling figures.

Now it does not matter whether the ico and when. There is no demand even for small amounts on the exchange. The team is not versed in advertising and promotion. They can't communicate with the community and offer all who asked awkward questions to pass.
