I doubt we can coordinate to be there at the same time and spend the time. Not that I see a slack invitation in the OP anyway.
But really all I need is a good guide. I don't see any for bitsend, not even in the official forums and I doubt I could follow one from another coin without issues.
We had guide, but i cant find it anymore.
I can translate to english my "old" guide, if you wish.
But it is without build notes.
ALSO
Have you tried to autoinstall?

Come at slack tomorrow, i will guide you step by step.

Any dev willing to help here? At least I need to know if 14.0.3 is OK to use for masternode

“BitCloud [BTDX]”
and wenn you have this coins  Huh you are greed to ?

What are the exact differences between Bitsend and Bitcore? The question is legitimate since the devs are the same, and BTX is getting a lor more of attention from the markets right now. I own both coins, but i am trying to understand if it makes a sense to keep them both or if there is some redundancy.

BitCore has many parameters similar to Bitcoin. 21 Million coin supply, 10 min block time, same halving interval. The distribution is also different from Bitsend. The airdop is based on stake (compounding interest), and there are also BTX airdropped to BTC holders.

Bitsend is a Masternode coin, which is the primary distinction. This changes the economic model, although both BSD and BTX incentivize people to hold coins rather than sell them for short term profit. 210,000,000 BSD and 180-second block time -- very fast.

Clearly more energy has been put into BitCore lately with the recent BTC airdrop and addition to HitBTC. The pendulum will swing back. Working product, competent developers, not over-hyped. Both of these coins have bright futures. Take the lack of hype as an opportunity.

no you should dump before devs do BTX is being taken over by the bitcoin community ~ dev here is too greedy :\ BTX will take over this BSD is done<<<
what makes you think this will ever happen? What makes you say dev here is to greedy, hope it not bcus you weren't accepted in airdrop?

because i'm an insider >.> these devs are not doing their jobs and keeping the pre-mined coins for their own greed :\ not cool brah<<<

There are no 'pre-mined' coins. If you are going to spew poison, at the very least please get your facts straight.

"Warning: Unknown block versions being mined! It's possible unknown rules are in effect."

What is this?
Wallet informs you about network rules change - segwit activation.
No worries, its all good.
So helpful. What would we do without you...
Come at slack tomorrow, i will guide you step by step.

BTC broke the 10k and speculators are dumping everything to buy in... At the same time trolls are spreading FUD hoping to scare and shake the weak in order to buy cheap.
For those too "green" to be included in the airdrop and constantly whining and pushing for "lower limits" either on airdrop or MN: please stop, it's not going to happen.
For those asking for compiled binaries for Linux: please have the decency to specify what distro and what architecture are you using - there are too many flavors out there to compile for all (and for free). Better still, have the decency to follow through the steps of at least 3 tutorials before asking. It's good for your brain.

There is a compiled version for 14.03 so apparently it's not THAT much of a problem.

You might consider it normal finding and following 3 tutorials for something that should be available already (at the very least, the instructions to compile easily seen somewhere in the OP) but I'm indecent enough to think otherwise.

For anyone not so full of himself to actually help, I would like, if not a binary, at least a comprehensive tutorial on compiling the source for ubuntu 16.04 x64

It is meant to be used for a masternode, running from the command line and connected remotely with a windows wallet. I think I have that part figured out from another tutorial for a similar coin.

If I can use the binary for 14.03 without problems I will use that, but I probably shouldn't.

First 100% Liquid Stablecoin Backed by Gold
I have downloaded latest wallet today and after opening, I see a message:

"Warning: Unknown block versions being mined! It's possible unknown rules are in effect."

What is this?

I have looked at bitsend forum, web page and here but nobody speaks about this.

Think with your brain. It is not illegal (yet).

The 14.04 version is no available for linux on github. Please make it so for people who cannot compile
It is very simple to compile it on most Linux distros. Just follow the instructions... or pay the Redmond fee and install windoze Smiley

They seem incomplete but they are a starting point. I think I can adapt a good guide I have found for another masternode coin. They all seem quite similar.
You can always ask in slack #masternode channel.
