Yes, but they are not all necessarily Senior Member and above. People who were ranked lower at the time where I've pushed for stronger restrictions were not kicked (obviously). This list can be found in the OP of the airdrop on the bitsend forum I believe.

Is the list of 600+ Sr.Member (and higher) Bitcointalk accounts public? I would like to check it against my personal blacklist of a few hundred people who made non-qualifying entries in my giveaways. Many of them have a high level account, although most of them wouldn't go through the other requirements for this airdrop.

You are being naive. "Equal chances for everyone" leads to cheating. Even with this setup, malicious people are going to cheat. There is absolute no way to fully prevent it without something like KYC/AML verification. All we can do is make it harder to cheat, which is what we did.

I have a question i always wanted to ask about this coin. What were the devs thinking when they hardcoded 10MB blocks ? I imagine it's difficult to propagate even a 2 MB block. 10 MB is huge IMO . In order for this coin to succeed it needed everybody to have at least 300Mbps internet connection. I don't see that possible in the near future. In my country you can get ,in the large cities, a 500 Mbps or even 1 Gbps internet connection for about $10-$15/month but this is a rare situation even at european level.
