The reality is bitsend doesn't have anything to distinguish itself from the thousands of other alts at all. Same goes for bitcore... Most people got their coins from airdrops so that means most people got them for free. If there are no incentives to pay USD/BTC to get BSD then how do you expect BSD to go up? The only chance we got is to wait for BTC to enter another Bull run. Only then BSD will rise again. tldr: Just hodl. Adoption will not be lead by the likes of BSD and BTX imo. When looking from the chart, this coin was popular back then on 2017, the price even reached more than 10k sats.
