We're just a group of dedicated BURST supporters that work closely with the dev team. We do our best to make the coin visible by different news teams and PR people. We contact possible financiers and VCs, and we've contacted hard disk manufacturers as well.

Currently I'm focusing my time on learning to code, so that I can release tools for the BURST community as well.

We've all kinda been taking a beating lately with all the nonsense going on, so a lot of us are taking breaks from being as active in PR related tasks as we were before.

Not to mention, the little money we DID get donated to help, was STOLEN.

Not many members in the community are inclined to help with anything, except seemingly insane ones.

It's all just difficult to deal with after a while.


Sucks when we have great tech, great coin that didn't use IPO, and we're now wishing we did because no one is willing to help or invest to support the coin. When scam coins and BS coins do IPO, pump and dump, and leave on to the next coin, and screw people over.

We're here with a truly amazing 2.0 project that for some reason the community just wants to sit back and hold, and hope for miracles.

I will be first to say, without help from the community, and everyone doing whatever they can to help, no matter how small, this project will take MUCH longer to become as successful as we want it to.

When all you see is drama in the thread started by someone who used to be a trusted member of the team, it's disheartening.

I for one, am getting tired of it, I can't imagine what a newbie would think.

What's exactly the PR team ? The dev team ? Or something else ?

You are correct that we do not have plenty to offer in the way of services. What we do have to offer is a platform, a pretty great one if I might add.

Also, we have plenty of nice services planned out (games, messaging, crowdfunding to name a few) but nobody to build them.

As for mining, do you use your empty HDD space? Obvious answer is no, otherwise it wouldn't be empty. So why not utilize the resource that is currently idle. This is the essence of 'modern sharing economy', AirBnB, Uber and plenty of others all rest on that principle.

If I might be so bold and say that Satoshi envisaged BTC to be CPU mined by many people, not ravaged by ASICs. BURST offers that kind of ASIC resistance.

Nobody said this business is easy, it pains me to see joke/spam/clone coins be way above us in, not only market cap but market recognition. However, I decided to join up and offer what little help I can.

Ok, so what is the situation with coin distribution and mining distribution?
newcommers come in with a max of 4TB space to mine with (talking about newbies to crypto, that are not willing to risk more money on hardware; the regular folk)
what would make them want to mine BURST at THIS point? besides, that there are smart contracts (not the only coin btw)

In other words - can you try to convince me (im in this business for a long long time now) to start mining BURST.

To be perfectly honest, all of this - while very unfortunate - is absolutely nothing compared to some other crypto stories out there.

Also, none of this should reflect on the tech and burstdev. You can blame us for the latest shortcomings, but dev's hands are clean.

I cannot remember who convinced me to join the PR team. In a weak moment at 3 am, I indeed sent in my "application form" - YES, they ask you to formally apply for that honer. I was so happy that I was turned down, because Crowtec refused me.

Don't buy PetaByte asset, and get nothing when you just hold your coins. PetaByte uses bought hard disks, with warranties, not stolen ones.

Buy HardInvest instead, and get nothing, ... they change name, pay nothing again, ... because it is from the PR team??? What is next?

1. BURST is good
2. BURST has great features
3. Current PR team "did not find the right way to promote these features"
4. Dev team seems to be retired or will we see an update still this year?
5. Never trust anonymous people your money!
