The longest thread suddenly became all quite... No longer on the first page?! When did that happen?

Where is everyone? No interest anymore? No question asked, and question answered? Well, I try to get the thread going again:

- irontiga, what's your opinion on TheBurstTruth's words about your boss?

IronTiga does not have a boss, he is only working for himself (anonymously).

What do you mean by that he is working "for himself (anonymously)"? Does he not build all crowetic's websites?

Oh, the price... I checked poloniex, and there are 105,766,034 BURST for sell (about 70 dollars BTC) and 7.1 BTC in buys. Is this normal or a change?

edit

Either the numbers changed or you look accross some columns ;-)
At the moment buying: 7.2850 BTC and selling 142.5969 BTC

Sorry if I didn't get the correct figures, but the sentiment of my post still stands with your numbers, I think.  Smiley

What would be a 2 TB external hdd profit ? How long can i make ROI.
The project seems to be interesting

newbies ....

Did it not use to be an calculator for these kind of things or is it gone?

Anyways, with the current market price and if you actually buy a full-priced HDD (and not steal it as some seem to do Wink ), I would guess you are looking for ROI in more then one year.

Already ROI on new equipment used to be bad when price was double of what it is today, and any upswing in price I have hard to see in the near future, given that maindev is not thinking of some kind of fork.

What was the payment per share, 0.7495?
I'm not sure if I got paid for my original of 4002 shares or currently holding of 6502 shares?
Is there an ex dividend date?

I get to 0.46125.....

And yeah, sorry, tiny payout this month, we'll have to work on that ;P

Paidout ByteEMini Dividend Payments for June 2015

Byteent shares 6502 dividends 2999.5 (rounded up to 3000) = 0.46139 per share

Byteemini 0.0046139 per share

Total dividends paid 461.39

BURST-N8KB-DKKW-9C4W-AF289

This is fuckin great! Look at the market! WTF is that. Keep holding to your bags till the bitter end. Right?

BURST is crashing. I have held my bag far too long.
But that's it, I'm gonna dump my 20 million, burst is hopeless.

I hope y'all are happy now.
There you have it, the end of bitladen.

Hello,

I also give up. Not that I contributed much or hold many coins. The basic idea of Burst is brilliant, but how the major news on ACCT could be treated the way it was, is not just utterly sad but also deeply unprofessional and incompetent. For a coin to gain value on technological breakthroughs the news need to be spread. Still there is not a proper PR on the homepage

The same with daWallet's program, which is a great idea but far from finished - however a major step forward. But where can we read about it? All the was produced PR-wise were a couple of retweets (of which the majority I paid for).

It's all very sad how such much innovation by devs are mistreated by those next in the chain.

And now internal conflict, stealing of tiny but still funds (http://burstcoin.info/about/#Angels) and following drama... Everyone wants to dump. some do, others think the price is too low and hold. As I can not see anything that can save the coin, holders will just see a lower price.

I am sad about this development with such a great main-devs, but what the rest do I am not sure of. Running pools ans assets for their own personal gain - instead of promoting cryptocurrency's most brilliant idea since bitcoin.

I think the end is near, and I fully understand bitladen. He at least tried to make people aware of some problems the coin have. I hope PoC will not die with Burst, it deserves far better.

Warm regards,
Karl

Dear Karl,

I thank you for all your efforts. I just want to make clear that PR Team member is in no way a paid position or even a 'Team' in the full sense of the word. We are a loosely tied, mostly uncoordinated group of volunteers. All with regular jobs and lives outside of BURST.

As you understand now, proper PR takes money and a lot of time, neither of which is in ample supply; for example a proper press release distribution cost for one of our PRs was 499$. Real mmmaybe of old had infinite energy and drive, I am not too proud to admit I cannot commit as much as he did.

Our dev is a great person and an extremely competent coder, but he shows no interest in PR activities or other things aside the tech itself. I will not engage in speculation as to the cause of this.

Long story short, unless someone is altruistic enough to join the team and spend his time and money our PR will remain exactly as it was up to now.

and to bitladen, if you are exiting now how about that DCCT port release we talked about? Smiley

The only ones he trusted was Dev and some "Max".

This is some "Max" here, I have tried to reach out to Tomas. I've sent an email to pelle gmail account if you are reading this Tom and have access to it.

I always keep an open mind and would like to hear your side of the story in more detail.
I already know crowe's point of view.

Crypto has seen its fair share of scams and people are naturally very skeptic, borderline paranoid.

So help me help you and all of us.

I had no idea crypto can carry so much drama of course I suspected but still, some real human person drama is unfolding everywhere, many went into debt too (equipment) but also time, some had to pay of the debt (here not so much electricity) so many sold on low pushing price lower

nice thing here also is that botnets can not touch this coin, just large stash of drives, and of course I love aggressive reduction of block reward schedule, it is already being felt

and please don't spend what you can not afford to spend, and prepare for the long haul and perform some transaction from time to time even if it is 0.01 sat

many of you will be here three years from now many won't be, there is something called "burn out" applies to developers as well, but I am an optimist

have Happy 4th if you are in the States  Cool
