Both options ("password stays ~~on your computer~~ in you browser" & "cold storage" aka "Public Key with first tx") have already been implemented in standard Burst wallet.

Ok, so when I use 3rd party web based wallet it signs transactions in the browser? I thought it querries the api with the password.

Something I've been doing is to just try to find some people every day to reach out to and try to get on-board, particularly java developers in the crypto field. If we want this coin to be a long term success, I think that maybe 5 developers would be ideal.. at least two or three though.

All SATA ports are occupied, so I need additional SATA controller.

i bought a controller with 2x internal SATA and 2x USB3 , for two of my 3 pc's. it was PCIe and it was dirt cheap. I used the internal extra SATA ports to put online some old disks i had lying around, and the external USB ports were used for 4TB intenso and seagate disks. You want to verify that you have an extra PCIe slot before going that route..

I've several, what could be viewed as, cold wallets. I have a computer rarely used but freshly installed; with thumb-stick drive I move a copy of the wallet to this computer. After plugging it in to the network, I basically do three things:
1) Create a new wallet with a complex and very long password using the screen keyboard in Windows
2) From one of my live wallets, I make a transaction to the new account, making a note of the address only
3) After writing down the password on paper, I make an outgoing transaction to my live wallet to secure the new "cold" wallet and disconnect from the web.

When done, I regularly send funds to these accounts, but I never log in to them from a computer that's on the Internet all the time. Through a blockexplorer or a hot wallet, I can easily check that no funds have not been transfered out from my "cold" accounts whenever I want.

That's about as "cold" I've managed to get my accounts.

Its nothing brave. GPU mining is dying during that period of time , it's either i sold all and quit crypto or i take a risk mining HDD. In whichever case , i will sell my GPU because margin is very low and low BTC price make it worst because cash is needed to pay for electricity every month. For burst , i don't even need to sell to pay for electricity , i can afford to pay for it since it's not a big sum.

u get more burst buying on exchange with the same amount of money u use to buy HDD. And u get all the burst immediately buying from exchange. Mining the same amount would probably take at least 8 months (take note that block reward reduce every month at the rate of 5%) if difficulty were to remain at this level. If difficulty goes up again next month , u are looking at 1 year or more. If burst were to go up to 1000 sat next month, your profit is not as much as buying from the exchange because u will only get the same amount of burst that u can buy 8 months later. And using the profit u gain from buying burst from exchange , u can use the money to buy even more HDD if u really want to mine. Mining is only good when the price is up. Right now a better option is to buy from exchange, profit from raising price , use the profit to buy more HDD and mine later, Price right now is cheap compare to buying HDD and mine. Yes, it's hard to say "no" in reply to your post. But I'm little bit addicted from mining. I sold out and still selling graphic cards from my GPU rigs and I want to buy some HDD.

That was what i did. I sold all my Nvidia GTX 750 ti GPU to buy HDD.

I use my GPU mining rig and turn it into HDD mining rig , save a lot on motherboard , PSU , etc. I join mining at late 10k reward. After price pump from 1k back to around 300-400. It was pretty good.

I have already break even (actually i already break even my GPU , therefore my HDD is actually free considering i sell GPU for HDD but anyway if i were to buy with cash i still breakeven anyway) because i join early when reward was high and difficulty was low. If u ask me to buy HDD to mine right now i will think twice , even if its selling GPU for HDD.

The risk to reward ratio is very low for mining now. Couple of months back the risk to reward ratio is really good. Buy and mine without thinking twice.
