There seems to have been some weird issues over the night, and some miners on http://burst.ga have for some reason gone idle.
Please restart your miners. The pool is fine, so I don't know what happened, but everyone on BURST.GA please restart your miners!
This seems to have affected roughly 18 miners only. But I would suggest that everyone simply restart their miners.

Normally, this is what price of bitcoin used to look like. BURST price is stable, but instead its what the diff looks like. Maybe we've got the holy cryptocurrency grail here, the diff adjusts to price, not the other way around.

Why haven't no one made pre made Plots for people to download over p2p torrents so far ? Wouldn't be this better for finding more people to join your coin project?
lol...good plots are over 1 tb...some have over 50 tb...so its way faster to generate than download
and you have to generate with the wallet address in it
Not really true i can faster download 50TB then making them. Maybe some people form a poor country have thins problem but all in one you can still download 1GB in like 2mins.
Since you need lots of CPU and ram for this, that would make things a lot easier.
ok 1gb x 1024 = 1tb 2 min per gb = 2048 min or 34.13 hours...imagine 30 or 40 tb
even with cpu you can plots way faster
someone may create a "plot decrompressor" for downloaded plots which in real simply plots to the file based on a config made on a download page.
too bad that you would still have to maintain your private key on your own....
has anybody taken a look into developing a custom compression algorythm for the plots?
entropy based it looks not possible but what if you skip nonces which wont compress well together and use different nonces instead?
i think of no regular compression algo. i think of a custom one made for burst.
the whole idea would require much more cpu than simply reading the data from disk but if it works it may be awsome.
what happend to the attempts for all in one mining tool solutions?
is someone still working on it or is it ready for the masses to use?

You can plot 50 TB in only 2 days ?
Strange i had to wait almost a week with 2x 7990 GFX card doing this.
Which is also more power consuming then just to download them.

50 tb at 2 min a gb is 1706.66 hours or 71.11 days

I can get on board with pre-plotted drives, but pre-plotted plot downloads means that someone has to have the space for these plots dedicated, and NOT mining, just waiting to be downloaded... sounds... wasteful to me.
Also, buying burst at any time isn't a bad idea. I will continue to buy until the price gets above 1000, no matter anything else. Because I believe in the coin.

If you problems with RAM performance check Runaurufu Burst Miner (included his RAM Cleaner), change pool and directories in configuration.xml to fit your needs - tool has been checked by members and is clean - using it myself long time already.
This miner works on Uray coded pools?

Exactly, the issue is simply too low of a price. The price needs to get up to 4-500 before people really start wanting to sell, then when it gets above a thousand, things will really be nice.

yes you are right. but two days after my buy the price will be again at 110 or so. than this was not a good deal.

I am trying to mine with burst.today, and it seems likes its saying this in the console:

The project at burst.today still has issues, and the main dev had to take a break from the project. It WILL be completed, I just don't know exactly when at this point, I think though, that it should be fairly shortly. I will post an announcement here when that happens.
He has 1 or 2 bugs still that he has to work out.
