I'll be away from June 17 to 24th Fishing trip in the wild up North.
Hope everything will be resolved by then. Only way online is Satellite and I am too poor at the moment. lol

1st Mt Got beginning of the yr, then followed by numerous of exchanges did the same. Last but not least, lost almost all my coins over a stupid diamond hole drill right through my SSD drives in hidden wall compartment. Gut feeling tell me Crypto currencies will be big by the end of the 2014 especially Coin2.

Different individual handle pressure and difficulties in his own acceptable level.
I suppose Joel focus on certain thing let the team knows how resolve whatever it should be done for Coin2 future prosperity.
Look at this way, Coin2 gradually becoming another BTCbitcoin alike community. In the event of something happen to the Dev or certain committee member emergency, always somebody step up incharge voluntarily. Great sign

The best way to get this information is on the coin2talk forum at the moment. If Joel's hiatus is a long one then I do hope at some point they open a new announcement thread. At least they could then update and change the OP if need be.
