Developers cannot hide behind aliases if this coin is to gain major acceptance/credibility...
just my two cents, but Im always right
Do you know who Satoshi is?
Don't answer, its a trap.
I will answer,
First off, its a group and not an individual, and second, they aren't actively promoting BTC. Can you imagine if the members of the Bitcoin foundation were known to the public only through aliases? Im not saying I trust the bitcoin foundation, but I am saying that there is no way I would trust them if they were known only through aliases.
Its about credibility, and like I said, I am right.
You couldn't know it to be a group and not an individual, your assuming, with no empirical evidence (no circumstantial evidence for that matter either).
When you think you 'know' something without empirical evidence, you don't know something, you believe something.
Their alias is, for intents and purposes, their identity, so they have identified themselves. Under their assumed identity they may garner the trust of other individuals.
This however, is moot. They are not asking for trust. They are telling you what they are going to do, and they are doing it, and along the way, they are offering empirical evidence of their actions. Well played dev team, talk softly and carry a big stick
Don't answer bro, it's a trap.
