Ps: cachecoin has very solid dev but lack of promotion

What could help is having some way to promote spending/circulating Cachecoin:
 - games (dice game, whatever.... coins flip we have now is not exactly the most enjoyable gaming site)
 - shops (where you can buy stuff for CACH)

I tried replying to the offer here: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-altcoin-dice-game-setup-413008 - so maybe w'll have some dice game, maybe not. If that'll fail, I can try to prepare my own dice (or other) game Smiley

As for shops: due to coin not having a widely accepted nomination, you probably can't really sell physical goods, but some shop with digital goods would be nice.
Ideally where user's can sell stuff for themselves, though that may drive the quality of goods a bit down (as this often attract a lot of people trying to sell crap for at least some money). I'll have to think a bit about some concept before coming with something (risk of fail is quite high here), any ideas are welcome Smiley

Not sure about exchanges - adding CACH to exchange could help by putting some price tag to CACH (now most people thinks 1K CACH is worth between 0.1 and 1 BTC, but where exactly is the price?), but more likely will cause lot of people just to dump CACH and price may just fall to the bottom. It'll attract rather speculators than actual users. Perhaps the coin is not ready for that yet.

Hi dev, why my balance is deduced each day but stake is increasing. So what is the real balance?

Your "real balance" is stake  + balance. But the balance that you can actually use for now is balance. The stake balance will be added to balance after it matures
Got it, thanks. Just wanna tell you that cachecoin is great coin!

Its as easy as 0, 1, 1, 2, 3
So if there is a lack of promoting, does anyone here have a way to promote it as a service?

@steveb & snard. Buying CACH @ 0.1 BTC/1k
Thanks for your offer but it's too under-valued. It costs over 1btc to mine 1k cache per day. Difficulty and nfactor keep rising, very hard to mine.

Ok lets do the math,
- I bought 3.5k for 0.63 BTC, thats 0.18 BTC/1k,
- I mined around 4k with an initial investment of 1.55 BTC and at current rate I expect to gain at least another 3k with that investment before next nfactor. That's  an estimation of around 0.22 BTC/1k for mining.

I agree 0.1/1k is undervaluated, but I'm not jumping in at 0.5 BTC/1k. Smiley

@kal thanks!
I see, at least it costs 0.22btc to mine 1k at current diff today and will cost more tomorrow. But no one wants to sell at this price with no profit at all, you are lucky to buy at cheap price.

Ps: cachecoin has very solid dev but lack of promotion

Could anyone compile cpumimer with scrypt-jane support for windows x64? https://github.com/kalgecin/cpuminer

I neither have windows available nor know how to compile stuff for win. Maybe someone can help? Smiley
Bump.

The cgminer, too please: https://github.com/Sykh/cacheminer

Could we just collect trustworthy binaries somewhere?

damn, my wallet is stucked on block 4115... anything to do?

What's the hash of 4115?
If it's not 00000000179fba4522d95cead5e0533df8f5633d07c00c2b21f03f0c38b4199e then delete blk* in your data dir and restart the client
Also debug.log would help :-)

Deleted blk and now I'm stucked @ 4111

heres my log
