I have 2kh/s or only rejects.Any normal config for 280x?Cgminer 3.7.2,recomended.

Do you use a Scrypt-Jane miner? If not {look in the OP for one that matches you's OS.}
I'm using this https://sites.google.com/site/rmdavidson/cgminer-3.7.2-sj-0.02.zip?attredirects=0 .

That is the one!

What's your settings so far?
Code:
setx GPU_FORCE_64BIT_PTR 1
setx GPU_MAX_ALLOC_PERCENT 100
setx GPU_USE_SYNC_OBJECTS 1
cgminer.exe --scrypt-jane --sj-nfmin 4 --sj-nfmax 30 --sj-time 1388949883 -o stratum+tcp://cach.catcoin.cz:3333 -u LowSkiII.1 -p 123 -I 13 -g 1 -w 256 --lookup-gap 2 --thread-concurrency 8193 --no-submit-stale --expiry 10 --scan-time 1 --queue 0 --temp-cutoff 90
Only bad blocks without accepts.

Are there any working pools for this coin or is it dead?

http://pool.cachecoin.org:8336/static/index.html p2pool is free from high rate miners (or miners :p ) ;-)

There's this one:
http://cach.catcoin.cz

And also P2Pool nodes. I suppose you can check which one suits you best here:
http://q30.qhor.net:8337/

I strongly recommend using P2Pool if you have big hashrate (smaller miners end up with a lot of tiny transactions if doing P2Pool, and typically will have less chances of PoS staking, so P2Pool is not so attractive for a small timer such as myself).

EDIT: Oh, and far from dead!  Wink

Happy Mining

Its as easy as 0, 1, 1, 2, 3
The hash rate has only been going up so yes there are pools I am sure the pool owners will reply here.

I haven't run into any trouble yet with win wallet. Except irc client, but that's no biggie.

I started to just send 1 coin first nowadays and see if the exchange is up to date...better safe than sorry.

Quick update on trying to get my Cache withdrawn from exchanges after the fork:
* Poloniex did the right thing and reissued my withdrawal on the correct chain.
* Cryptsy I've chased for over a month, they're not returning my ~500 coins (just keep pointing to the transaction on the old chain)

Life lesson, Cryptsy and forks do not mix (seems to be a good excuse for them to steal coins with a plausible reason for not returning them), thankfully the loss is only a couple hundred bucks.

YMMV.

Cheers

cryptsy are a**h***s. I recently flashed my nexus 5 with the new android release, and forgot to backup the e2fa. So...... they wouldn't reset my 2fa until, they asked me to, provide them with my IP address during registration! yeah....... And that wasn't included in the welcome email.... so i was locked out for couple of days until i came across one other welcome email from another site roughly the same week. So I got lucky :-P Sorry to hear about your loss Sad
