I think that we should do away with any log or symbol that has a Ref to the old Fiat coinage, crypto coins like cash and btc are the future.
we will all be using our phones some day soon to make payments for goods and services , how about the splash being a wallet app for smart phones or som think similar?

IMO the new design by Glavos is really nice!
It shine and with the shade under it, it looks like I can almost touch it

I was looking what at the code about the logo and here is what we have in the code as Icon/logo/image:
We have this as the wallet executable Icon and taskbar icon:

So what exactly do we want to change?
Personally, I like the coin bag as taskbar and executable icon as it differ us from most other wallet that have round icon.. The "about" Logo I would change it for the new logo (but I think we should write CASH or CASH COIN under the logo for this particular application.
I would probaly change the splash screen also,... I like the concept of Dollar bill that kinda run through a digital tube,... But since it's a US Bill, it may not be as universal as cryptocurrency should be...

Do you like old design better?
I prefer this new one. I especially like the yellow/gold color. I like also the fact that there's no symbol related to currencies (dollar, euro) because well, they will disappear one day
Maybe the stars are a bit too European, that's right. Do you think it would be too light without the stars ?

IMHO, IF we want to change to logo, I think we should tip our community member Glavos who's already did a great work and use his logo instead of paying somebody else to create a new one...

[ Last May l asked Glavos to let me have his deposit ADD so as l could tip him for the good work that he did on the logo for cash, but had no reply from him, if we could pick a logo from Glavos then thats good by me, we just need to make up our minds before the new web site is built,if people could vote for the one that most suits , bitcointalk pages 137 throu 140 have glavos disigns on them. My offer stand for the new logo for CASHCOIN ]
