9PM UK time... yes there is stuff competition, but this is a 21 mining days coin, so people can come back when they are waiting for another coin release, and we are here for the long run, not just 5 minute coin, but you're right, it will be difficult to make the difference here

Indeed...it is very important for everybody that they know how many coins has been mine so far, as with the complex block structure people will be busy a some time before knowing the exact numbers. Also it is needed so that everybody can see the pre-mine block.

x11 is gpu friendly and asic resistant i think thats why the dev has chose the algo.
The middle of the summer is coming and it gets very hot then. X11 requires less cooling which is a big advantage in summer heat.
That's right, less power consumption and cooler. So, Why would someone choose scrypt?
