CLOAK
Wallet status: Online (1705170 blocks)

Awesome!!! The more exchanges, the more liquidity, the more liquidity the more people can enter the market.
Wait, what? As far as I’ve been aware Yobit has dealt with CLOAK for a long time. I bought my first bit of CLOAK from Yobit back before it was worth more about 20 cents.

There was problem with their wallet for 3 months you can't withdraw or deposit cloak, now is sync and online I tested.

For staking this coin I have two questions.
1. Is it better to split the funds for staking into smaller amounts to increase chances, if so what size?
2. I had read somewhere to send the funds one you have staked to another address. this is new to me is this correct?

Thank you.

Better to keep in one wallet and then move it to a different wallet every 30 or so days. I learned this recently, Yogi goes into more details about this a few pages back on this thread.

Thanks man I'll take a look, must of missed it when looking through the forum.

Hi,
can I ask -what is an advantage of being open source?

Trust, basically. Some exchanges won't list a coin if they don't know what is in the wallet code. Also, helps to lend legitimacy to a project if the code can be verified.

I have been watching Cloak for some time now and feel today is the day I may buy some. I came to this forum to see if the community still has faith in the coin and it seems to be a mixed bag. This is an older one and I just was wondering if it is still worth staking and if 20 or 30 cloak coins are enough to start?

I started staking with about 30 coins (I bought more during recent up/down movements and have 70.)  I'm getting between .01 to .02 CLOAK each stake, about 4-5 days apart.  And of the few PoS coins I've minted, Cloak was the first to hit.

Right now, I'd say buy some when it's below usd $5.50 or so.  It's seems to have a pretty wide range the last week or so.

It has been stable at this price for a little while, and I think we are ready for a nice pop. I'm thinking it may be a little longer until we see a rise since devs are releasing a new version of software shortly.

As for staking, you can stake with any amount of coins as long as they have reached maturity. You may not see a lot of action or a big return, but it should be equivalent to 6% annually.

Extremely thin.  Most selling is less than 10 cloak (<$50).  You sell and there may not be another chance to get in.  Especially with people like me accumulating... good luck trader.  You fall asleep on that couch, you might not wake up on the right side... Smiley

Or hold and stake, then you won't miss out and just grow your stack.
