Hi guys, I already posted at the local Russian thread but I see that this thread has more value. As far as I understand, one  CND token will cost 0.01$. Is that correct?

I noticed that some forecasting options were tagged with Finance, will there be other options to punt on in the future for example Politics, and Technology Breakthroughs?

We post questions about political events sometimes but only about the significant ones (e.g. elections, Brexit etc). We used to ask about sports, entertainment, and tech events as well but decided to focus on financial only for now. Maybe will start doing this again later Smiley

Hi guys, I was reading you WP and found out about your project with Moscow Exchange. Where can I read more about it? What was the point of the project?

Hi, our goal was to check if the collective opinion of non-professional trades could make profitable trades Smiley The collective mind included 863 people, independent of each other: 40% of participants have never made trades on the exchange before, 60% had various investment experience.

Our robot modeled 27 trades based on forecasts of participants, 17 of them being profitable. This resulted in a 2.8% increase in the model portfolio in currency (47% p.a.) during the experiment (this is a great result for traditional markets).

The results of the competition showed high potential for the symbiosis of collective and artificial intelligence in the financial industry.

You can read more on our blog (here), or in the original article at Moscow Exchange's website (here)

It will be interesting experiment to compare profitability of decisions AI without opinions of  non-professional traders.
But with using it (opinions of crowd) as an indicator.
Cause all we know that market is not only real things and facts - the agiotage and irrational behavior of the masses is also have great importance.

Wow looking at the ratings area of the app some users have build up a serious amount of points, what are some of the different ways we can build up points as a new user?

Yes those people have been predicting since the beginning of 2016 Wink This is why there is a new rating every month - to motivate new forecasters to participate. In order to gain a lot of points, new users should answer as many questions as possible. However, every user has it's own strategy Smiley

Maybe both will be accepted. BTC and ETH are digital currencies that we can use to transact in any ICO or anything else.

Hi admin, question regarding app: is it possible to receive ETH for crypto challenge or BTC only?

No, BTC only for now. Since crypto currencies very volatile we decided to use one only.

I have downloaded the application and am having a look at the options, I’m excitedly working out my forecast for the Crypto challenge! Now is there the ability to create your own scenario for others to have a punt at?

Hello! Thank you Smiley Do you mean whether it's possible to create your own questions in the app?
Yes, I was thinking as a crypto trader studying the market you might have your strong views of where for example DOGE coin is to the moon this month, or when Vitalik Buterin releases his latest project Plasma as a ICO what will be the rate of volatility the first day. It would be great way as a trader to test your ideas, get a consensus. It is going to be possible at some stage?  Smiley

Yep, got it. There is the unique system that creates the questions. However, we are planning to give an opportunity to CND token holders (who hold a large amount of tokens) to suggest their questions later. Should be interesting! Smiley

Hi Support - Looking at the Android Cindicator app - wondering how the content is updated so often during a 24 hour period?  The content is updated by the app checking the version number against the current live version number and if a new number exists going to a DB or web backend to download the new content into frames within the mobile app?

Hi! The content you mean questions? If so they are updated automatically a few times/day - you just need to refresh your future feed in the app.

Something to think about: Why not evangelize the creation of cindicator quizz questions and give the mobile app community the ability to add content (quizz questions) into the app for verification and validation by the cindicator team before rejecting or posting live.  The community has many different skill sets which may be relevant to the cindicator business for addition to the cindicator predictive model input?  You will build a relevant "Bank of Quizz Questions" from a range of different community groups, some will be relevant and some will be rubbish, but you have free content - :-)
