Usually its get listed on Etherdelta and Idex straight after ico , because anyone can add it by himself . But if you speak about HitBtc and exchanges like that then its not allowed to disclose it i guess . Usually for good projects it takes like 1 month after ico to get listed on decent exchanges if we dont count etherdelta and idex
