As you can see, Luxcess take first place for profitable organization. This ICO could provide huge returns just because of its low cap ($0.5m) and hard 5,25M. Obviously, the ICO placed first in the forecast is more expected to “win”; but even the ICO in last place could provide great results too, just because this could be an undervalued token

Luxcess team decided to not tell which exchanges exactly are in plans until the end of the sale.

The information posted by Hendobox is from the subsection 5.2.3 ICO INITIAL COIN OFFERING, so Luxcess participated in ICO.
You can see that the overall score is very good except for KICKICO, where 98.1% loss is registered, but in total +1701.93% profit has been generated
Chapter 5 is called ''Luxcess Performance'', which is the indicator that the numbers are meant to be demonstrated as luxcess's records

Many of the ICOs started adopting FIAT for their token sales. This is a good strategy to capture lots of investors. Most of the recent ICOs who gave opportunity to invest in FIAT was successful. Hope Luxcess will follow that trend as well.

Yep shortening the available window triggers the FOMO response and will drive sales it’s a pretty reliable sales tactic not just in crypto but pretty much every sales industry utilizes it to some extent but ICOs tend to know how to get people to double dip the FOMO with various pre and post ico bonuses

So the min cap isn't 5000$ anymore?

They've lowered it. For now the pre-sale minimum is 0.1 ETH , maximum is $50.000.
