followed the upgrade guides, got this

Quote
~/.crown# crown-cli masternode status
{
    "vin" : "CTxIn(COutPoint(0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000, 4294967295), coinbase )",
    "service" : "[::]:0",
    "status" : "Not capable masternode: Hot node, waiting for remote activation."
}

local wallet is able to start the masternode just fine, no errors given. should i be concerned?

Strange. Forcing shutdown of the masternode and starting it back up got it working again

I had this. Turns out I hadn't updated properly. Check protocol version with crown-cli getinfo - should be 70051, not 70050.
I also added a bunch of addnodes to crown.conf on VPS and local, but that might not be so important any more.

Check out our new Press Release: https://www.cryptocoinsnews.com/crown-crw-blockchain-startup-platform-launches-systemnodes/

It would be great if everyone could push this out to your respective communities with Atomic's API release in the coming months!

Does anybody in the Crown community speak Chinese?

We have a small task that we need some help with.  Just a small amount of detective work to find the correct person to speak to at a Chinese company.

Message me in Mattermost or by PM here if you can help.

can you run more then one masternode or systemnode on a computer with one 1 ip?

No a unique IP is required for each SN and MN.

This is because we need to encourage network diversity as running a SN or MN is not free money...they provide services to the network.

 Thank for you fast responds, to clear this up can i run 1 SN and 1 MN on the same ip at the same time ?

You're welcome.

No, I'm afraid not.  We discussed this in depth and decided that it wasn't aligned with our planned architecture.  The IP has to be completely unique to the Crown network.

I made a systemnode page, and repaired the masternode page (rpc command was changed)..

https://blockpioneers.info/chains/crw/systemnodes

Because Crown has so many Thrones and already over 200 Systemnodes, I really need to limit the time between updating these pages.. It's stressing out the GEO api on my server a lot.. The Thrones data gets refreshed every 30 min, and the Systemnodes data gets refreshed every 20 min..

Cheers,
Banzai

Thanks a lot Banzai, we will add your explorer to Crown.tech asap
